Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting customer support with your order ID. If the order is already packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible; you may instead follow the return policy after delivery.

Prepaid orders cancelled before shipment receive a full refund within 5–7 business days. COD orders cancelled before dispatch incur no charge.

BKP Kart reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
